<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;"></span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">And here is the product I made.</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;"></span></strong><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;"><strong> The Front.</strong></span><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;">You can just see some of the inner pages which I decorated using the stamp that Ali sent me.</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">The only extra things used were the ribbon, white paper and the dome stickers.</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;"></span></strong><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5ZNsuiST8kOj9-nqlTg8nipYCTJw63zpfpJSTdKdCoKdLdhJSgbdvqzfe7D0IQCAap4WWu3d9wv98SEyYffwsY9DFpdy16N4yV2Rdr0vgOnsfAi1x9-WRAKfEpGhdVh84kStDeovWhu5I/s1600/P1020827.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5ZNsuiST8kOj9-nqlTg8nipYCTJw63zpfpJSTdKdCoKdLdhJSgbdvqzfe7D0IQCAap4WWu3d9wv98SEyYffwsY9DFpdy16N4yV2Rdr0vgOnsfAi1x9-WRAKfEpGhdVh84kStDeovWhu5I/s1600/P1020827.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Georgia, "Times New Roman", serif;"><strong>And the Back.</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6TJVBMdDfmC156ddoZGsUZzjNDnqc53lEGviUFMC5KSUOQIMSIAvgR4T6K2eL1Xyp2ilCq4r4cpquXiq-rCNaN4YEjpDjtuANyOp84vqZySCztDVaRscyhnDcKqi21ea8YD4dVCSAnbZ9/s1600/P1020829.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg6TJVBMdDfmC156ddoZGsUZzjNDnqc53lEGviUFMC5KSUOQIMSIAvgR4T6K2eL1Xyp2ilCq4r4cpquXiq-rCNaN4YEjpDjtuANyOp84vqZySCztDVaRscyhnDcKqi21ea8YD4dVCSAnbZ9/s1600/P1020829.JPG" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>Having made this I quite fancied a wallet to store it in and made it using the Faux Leather technique that many of you will have seen Sheena Douglas use.</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>However instead of using plain craft card, I did it on a sheet of the card from the pad.</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">And here it is.</span></strong></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">The pocket is stamped on unbleached calico fabric and then sewn on to the card during it's construction.</span></strong></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>To Make this :</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<ul>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Spray the card with the glycerin/water mixture to soften it and keep crinkling the paper and reapplying the glycerin until you get the effect that looks like chamois leather.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">You need to be careful that it doesn't rip, but the odd cut doesn't matter as it is lined inside.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Allow it to dry a little and then go over it with any brown distress ink which will be picked up by the creases.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I have used an an embossing folder with mine but that is up to you.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">You should then seal the ink using a spray glue or apply one with a brush this also serves to strengthen the card.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: Courier New;"><strong>I stamped a large piece of calico big enough to line the inside and make a pocket. I glued the lining to the inside before</strong> </span><span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>putting the whole thing together.</strong></span></div>
</li>
<li><span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>The back section is longer than the front to allow for the flap.</strong></span></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I attached metal fasteners and then joined everything together by machining them.</span></strong></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">As I had a little of the card left over, I also made two tags which can be seen in the pocket.</span></strong></li>
<li><strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I have several photographs showing more detail in the manufacture of this product and if you are interested please visit me at Felix the Crafty Cat blog where I have posted them.</span></strong></li>
</ul>
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Hope you enjoyed this project and I will be back with my final offering next week.</span></strong><br />
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;"></span></strong><br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">To make this:</span></strong></div>
<ul>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Prepare a 12"x12" piece of card to mount everything on to.</span></strong></div>

<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Once everything was attached I outlined some elements with white or black pen and added glaze, some of the stickers from the pad, 3D Dome Stickers and punched out snowflakes.</span></strong></div>

<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>The sentiments are from the set and so are the letters used to make up the title at the bottom of the page.</strong></span></div>

<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>This is a fantastic set of 16 papers although these are more like card, 1 type and sticker sheet, 1 journalling spot sticker sheet and 2 ATC card sheets. <div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>To make this card:</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<ul>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>First I cut out the basic shape for the box by resizing the 12"x 12" sheet to make it A4.</strong></span></div>
</li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", Courier, monospace;"><strong>(If it helps I have an <a href="http://angelacuttingandcarving.blogspot.co.uk/search/label/Exploding%20box%20card%20instructions">instruction sheet</a> available for this card.</strong></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">You will need to open it, to see it clearly).</span></strong></div>
<ul>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Next, I cut out the images that I would use to decorate the box sides and flaps.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">The balloons where cut out and attached to thin strips of acetate so that when they are fixed inside they appear to be floating above the box.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I also used several of the sentiment stickers around the box and the flaps.</span></strong></div>
</li>
<li><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">The Pediment at the back was made using a Tim Holtz die, Ali has these <a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/sizzix-diesfolders-c-83.html">here</a>.</span></strong></div>
</li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I just love these papers, the quality is excellent and there is so much included in the set.</span></strong></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Hope you have enjoyed this project and </span></strong><strong><span style="font-family: Courier New;">I will be back in a week with the next sample. </span></strong></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />Hi there,<br /><br /><br />I am back with my final DT project for <a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/" style="color: #6699cc; text-decoration: none;">Ali-Craft</a>. Using the scrumptious Prima Stationers Desk Papers.<br /><br /><br />Once again I am using this pack.<br /><br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding: 4px; position: relative; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<br /><br />I have a horrible habit of writing peoples address's down and then losing them, So I decided to create an address book.<br /><br /><br />Here it is..............................................<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding: 4px; position: relative; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="font-size: 12px;"><b><span style="font-size: x-small;">Front Cover.</span></b></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br /><br />I took a MDF book with tabbed pages, that I have had in my room for ages, covered the front and back covers with the papers and added to the front a Punched border. Then using some scraps of paper, I made a rose using a Sizzix flower die.<br /><br />Using a plastic template I added a couple of swirls of Diamantes and then added some of the small flowers, that I had shaped them to give some dimension.<br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding: 4px; position: relative; text-align: center;"><tbody>

I took the Chipboard Panel and gave it a coat of Espresso Paint Dabber (it's about the only one of mine that has not dried up!)</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; line-height: 20px;">
I then drew around the panel on a sheet of the Prima Paper, then trimmed it so I would get a border around the panel. I coloured the edges of the paper with Antique Linen Distress ink and then stamped a few of the Butterflies using Potting Soil Archival Ink.</div>

<div style="background-color: white; color: #333333; font-family: Arial, Tahoma, Helvetica, FreeSans, sans-serif; line-height: 20px;">
I had a rummage through my stash and found a Bulldog clip, I took it apart and coated it with some Glue and Seal by Ranger, then painted the handle with some Espresso Paint Dabber, whilst that was drying I Covered the barrel of the clip with some scraps of Prima paper ( waste not want not). once it was all dry I re-assembled the clip. </div>

Hi there,<br /><br />Well I have been absent for a while, my apologies, I have been a bit busy working on a few things, mainly ideas for future workshops and my Design Team projects.<br /><br />Any way It is my turn to show you all, what I have created for<a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/" style="color: #6699cc; text-decoration: none;"> Ali-Craft</a> design Team for April.<br /><br />I was given the beautiful 12 x 12 kit from Prima called "Stationers Desk".<br />It is stunning, a palette of Browns, Beige's and Reds, my favourite colours ahhhhhhhhhh. I was also given the mini stamp set and some small paper flowers both of which are from the same collection.<br /><br />So here it is<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; padding: 4px; position: relative; text-align: center;"><tbody>

<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="font-size: 12px;"><b><span style="font-size: x-small;">Available <a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/stationers-desk-collection-kits-p-2996.html" style="color: #6699cc; text-decoration: none;">here</a></span></b></td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />It is full of Papers, Note card's and stickers including Alpha's.<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
So here is my first project to show you. I decided that I would make a card, using the gorgeous 12 x 12 papers and some Dies.</div>

<br /></div>
</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<div>
<br /><br />I cut two large shaped pieces of card to create my card, scored one at 1" from the top edge to create the hinge and glued them together.<br /><br />Then using the next size die I cut a layer from the Prima Stationers desk and then edged it using DI ink in Antique linen. Randomly stamped over with the Butterfly in Potting Soil Archival Ink, then adhered to the card using Foam pads to give a bit of dimension.<br /><br />I proceeded to cut some spiral flowers from the card stock and rolled them to create roses and added a diamante in the centre.<br /><br />Whilst they were drying, I cut a swirl from some scraps of the Prima papers, then cut a few narrow strips, made them into flag shapes. I stamped a verse from Paper Artsy ELB05 and heat embossed it using Wow powders and then distressed the edges.<br /><br />I checked my rolled Roses were dry and went onto assemble my card, I adhered the die cut swirl first then added the flags to underneath the stamped panel and attached it to the card once again using foam pads for dimension. <br />
Hello, here is my last project using the gorgeous set from Craftwork Cards <strong>'Botanica</strong>'. It is a really beautiful set, that I have loved playing with.<br />
<br />
Ali has this gorgeous set at a special price of <strong>£15.00</strong> on the website <strong><a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/">HERE</a></strong>.<br />
<br />
Here is how I put the tag together, using the glorious papers, die-flowers, birds and sentiments. I have added some lovely lace and a few lilac pearls.<br />
<br />
(1) Firstly, half cover the tag with some butterfly paper and the top half with some of the script paper.<br />
(2) Push out a die-cut of a bird and stick centrally on the tag.<br />
(3) Cut a small square of butterfly paper, stick to top of tag, punch out hole.<br />
(4) Cut around another of the birds and cover bird image, using sticky pads.<br />
(5) Add lace across front of tag and loop some at the top, through hole.<br />
(6) Push out two smaller die-cut flowers and stick down as shown.<br />
(7) Add small sentiment to bottom of tag.<br />
(8) Cut out one of the pink butterflies and attach to side of tag, over lace.<br />
(9) Add lilac pearls to flower centres and randomly on tag.<br />
<br />
I do hope you have enjoyed my 'Monday' projects, using this gorgeous set.<br />
<br />
Thank you for stopping by the blog today and for any comments left,<br />

If you know me well, you will know that I absolutely love birds and anything with birds on, so this little kit is right up my street. It has some beautiful floral die-cuts along with bird ones, which mix and match together so well. Inked up it can look quite vintage, along with some gorgeous ribbon trim and pearls is an ideal set to use for special cards and gifts.</div>

<br />
Here s the fourth project from the fab kit available from <a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/">Ali-craft</a> .<br />
<br />
It is a lovely scrapbook page, again fairly simple but very effective:<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZXaiYdts9Sqp2PFDwIHDM83jKzFbXfnwMTvTJtyFu0OGiDFGZnd-6_eI7HgggnIaVXUfrWDnw1_GqJs4tEmRqhCDetIJrL7loYGo3FIuTYjqQcua-6JOl_At8YQl2UDp4RMK_KFhVKOI/s1600/card1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiZXaiYdts9Sqp2PFDwIHDM83jKzFbXfnwMTvTJtyFu0OGiDFGZnd-6_eI7HgggnIaVXUfrWDnw1_GqJs4tEmRqhCDetIJrL7loYGo3FIuTYjqQcua-6JOl_At8YQl2UDp4RMK_KFhVKOI/s1600/card1.jpg" height="320" width="305" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
You will need:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>Birthday stack</li>
<li>A 8x8 piece of card stock from stash - I used scalloped edge effect</li>
<li>Stickers from Birthday stack</li>
<li>black fine marker pen</li>
<li>gems from own stash</li>
<li>White A4 card stock</li>
<li>photo</li>
<li>corner rounder</li>
</ul>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
<b>Step 1</b>: Choose a picture and cut round and round the corners, mount on white card stock. Round the corners of the card.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqaH3phw4aSqcet96p77Lb_o54dTBJqOMETssoM01D6tacghoSVE3D389e_kqmYx-CLDI0QQAZ2pBck3Wy5IoJHq-3qf8_MVm6iLJU-HbxfA-gSa4mvsNhTrfv9IDbVaKjYdh9Fk575S0/s1600/pic.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgqaH3phw4aSqcet96p77Lb_o54dTBJqOMETssoM01D6tacghoSVE3D389e_kqmYx-CLDI0QQAZ2pBck3Wy5IoJHq-3qf8_MVm6iLJU-HbxfA-gSa4mvsNhTrfv9IDbVaKjYdh9Fk575S0/s1600/pic.jpg" height="320" width="216" /></a></div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 2</b>: Cut strops of patterned paper as shown, I have done two strips and a few rectangles.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHPrzVcjn4u9-uPri3TF4IXCTjSfEf9hAiS3O3EDAU5VW59LxTS92ryGqGLwIXxCp3GW9k2R6VOfVFLD381UUTXWt5jtaB34_8sxvjXgdasQY1WkW-SqCUCRxPxTx7mZsE6LI-5GwCx5U/s1600/card3.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHPrzVcjn4u9-uPri3TF4IXCTjSfEf9hAiS3O3EDAU5VW59LxTS92ryGqGLwIXxCp3GW9k2R6VOfVFLD381UUTXWt5jtaB34_8sxvjXgdasQY1WkW-SqCUCRxPxTx7mZsE6LI-5GwCx5U/s1600/card3.jpg" height="309" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 3</b>: I layered them onto the 8x8 scrap page. All sticking to the left hand side , leaving space for the sticker wording.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPHH7IVdfAkkUrL7lbJUNNxjPhaPdhInLi9l6doueu6kryB-VbymbYr-rOFaFUrEOcJgkQyjsbiATKFeNCoMDvnKd60u7Vo86Y1E9pMMioSMhDLPYSdjx35r8aWLtrAl-39iND5CP1l50/s1600/card5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjPHH7IVdfAkkUrL7lbJUNNxjPhaPdhInLi9l6doueu6kryB-VbymbYr-rOFaFUrEOcJgkQyjsbiATKFeNCoMDvnKd60u7Vo86Y1E9pMMioSMhDLPYSdjx35r8aWLtrAl-39iND5CP1l50/s1600/card5.jpg" height="303" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 4</b>: I stuck theses down using double sided tape and with the fine line marker I drew round the two long stops and added a stitch effect to one piece of the patterned paper. On top of these I then stuck down the photo. I then added a few sticker markers and then drew round them.<br />
<br />
<b>Step 5</b>: I used a selection of word stickers from the front of the Birthday stack. These are great as they are stickers so no messy glue!<br />
<br />
<b>Step 6</b>: Add a few gems and cut out two dots from the paper and draw round them in pen.<br />
<br />
A simple yet very effective bright scrapbook page.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgik5M2UxRH1jpgvpezu_B5jQtActEfW5fjrMbioZeGrpGfVHw8eQjD37sBu6xucaFJcGYC4anWXSi2BHD-rNG8Ff6UsuMDjz61GL0guSbmhi_9jhyphenhyphenGeNTHw2M4-xnuE7pEK8S5gkFLgy0/s1600/biggirlscrap.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgik5M2UxRH1jpgvpezu_B5jQtActEfW5fjrMbioZeGrpGfVHw8eQjD37sBu6xucaFJcGYC4anWXSi2BHD-rNG8Ff6UsuMDjz61GL0guSbmhi_9jhyphenhyphenGeNTHw2M4-xnuE7pEK8S5gkFLgy0/s1600/biggirlscrap.jpg" /></a></div>

<br />
<b>Step 1:</b><span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;"><b> </b>Cut the plain card stock from your stack to fit all sides of your box. I didn't cover the bottom </span><span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;">or insides of the box but this is down to you if you want to.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-family: Helvetica;"><b>Step 2:</b></span><span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;"> </span><span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;">I then distressed the card using the sanding block. The card stock enables you to easily </span><span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;">add the distressed look with little ease.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Helvetica; letter-spacing: 0px;"><br /></span>
<br />

<br />
The kit is available from our website at a special price<br />

<br />
<br />
<br />
Hi all,<br />
<br />
Andrea here, been what seems like forever!!<br />
Ali has set a new design team challenge. We get a kit Ali has put together and make 4 projects for you to re-create at home!!! You can purchase the below kit from <a href="http://www.ali-craft.co.uk/catalog/">Ali-Craft</a>.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikTgo0SoqhECcxA0KK7TVu3nX8ohMrsTnYvAaP1HYqUa8YX9fsIhfCgTaMYmkwZXx9W3YZDDxkZWibUn7oY8xYGBq3clTJYQ_YihsaOdfsHve1PU5jPwsqKO9gshMbW0LgL_bdusGDeGs/s1600/kit.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikTgo0SoqhECcxA0KK7TVu3nX8ohMrsTnYvAaP1HYqUa8YX9fsIhfCgTaMYmkwZXx9W3YZDDxkZWibUn7oY8xYGBq3clTJYQ_YihsaOdfsHve1PU5jPwsqKO9gshMbW0LgL_bdusGDeGs/s1600/kit.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
So here are the things I made using the Kit!!! Ok so got a little carried away made 5! but could have been so much more.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjub211GBuxVob_Y_QpkJVG5Z-5eNMN08Z68B0ImY_ME6edtK3pvE9WifzXHmhOvIcoXYXiclLGtuU7oBeIeg5fvyFx8eRpImYhWLQXiBzGpkL0-mN_H9AvBTq2fydHdOQp8D6ZEml3O_U/s1600/design+project.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjub211GBuxVob_Y_QpkJVG5Z-5eNMN08Z68B0ImY_ME6edtK3pvE9WifzXHmhOvIcoXYXiclLGtuU7oBeIeg5fvyFx8eRpImYhWLQXiBzGpkL0-mN_H9AvBTq2fydHdOQp8D6ZEml3O_U/s1600/design+project.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
I could have made so many things but it has been ages since I did some scrapbooking! So thought I would add a few pages.<br />
The paper pad was amazing!!!!! It was bright a cheery at such a horrid, cold time of the year.<br />
There are a few pages of embellishment stickers, excellent thick quality that all match the papers and some great bits to give you a little inspiration.<br />
In the kit you will receive 2 stamp sets that have an amazing variety of saying , making them useable for any project!!<br />
Also in the kit you get some co-ordinating ribbon, lace and buttons that can add so many different aspects to your work.<br />
<br />
<br />
So here goes the 1st fab project to give you some inspiration and colour into any scrapbooking project:<br />
<br />
<b><br /></b>
<b> Baby Logan asleep (always the best moments)</b><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
You will need: <br />
<br />
from the Kit:<br />
<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>patterned spotty paper from stack</li>
<li>plain paper from stack</li>

<li>chipboard bunting from own stash</li>
<li>white card stock from own stash</li>
<li>black pen</li>
<li>corner rounder</li>

<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />

<br />
<b>Step 3: </b>Choose a photo ( just 1 needed as 8x8 page) round the corners and then mount onto white card stock from stash , leaving a small border, also round the corners on this.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNhPVSPUjbDAZ_UvXiXLtkLo9R7II2czBD3SlODlkwGlrQsohwfitEbn2pjE8EzY6way1YIn01SmFRhT_2fnzFDCT6fpJQ_kd6iMlhZd_5eA11h3abkdiziL8Dl1pvp1TGkh_7-f9E6no/s1600/4.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNhPVSPUjbDAZ_UvXiXLtkLo9R7II2czBD3SlODlkwGlrQsohwfitEbn2pjE8EzY6way1YIn01SmFRhT_2fnzFDCT6fpJQ_kd6iMlhZd_5eA11h3abkdiziL8Dl1pvp1TGkh_7-f9E6no/s1600/4.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 4:</b> add 2 borders from the label tags in the embellishment part of the stack. (you will use the actual sticker in other projects you just want the border part of the sticker left over) stick this to a piece of whits card and cut round.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2Bmn1Ht1yIBAfULIZWXtTedmHzC2szClbLvSZN2ihYJerSSdxTZVX4AyD4MWJT3ASIXyUnIHrpAG8yZpQvDoMEChXJnGM0V9KTf10hc5j2H9sBQ7efOx9EoK25axPQhzHs9nqSxvzuqk/s1600/border.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2Bmn1Ht1yIBAfULIZWXtTedmHzC2szClbLvSZN2ihYJerSSdxTZVX4AyD4MWJT3ASIXyUnIHrpAG8yZpQvDoMEChXJnGM0V9KTf10hc5j2H9sBQ7efOx9EoK25axPQhzHs9nqSxvzuqk/s1600/border.jpg" height="143" width="320" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 5:</b> now you can start to stick the page together once happy with the way the layout is going, use the double sided from your stash. Add two corner stickers also at the front of your stack - see it just keeps giving !!!<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA3XKda1sfDxtzcS1FfsamgqphebRUHua_EHJLOE1RXkaql_ydeq1z78Bky37bZLeuq4knxLKhrzIbmb23qTor7B7CCFm4ebRADHqF00EPaQj6SwhJwU0qP6wQHvJA2TAMv3GKjuwyuCs/s1600/5.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjA3XKda1sfDxtzcS1FfsamgqphebRUHua_EHJLOE1RXkaql_ydeq1z78Bky37bZLeuq4knxLKhrzIbmb23qTor7B7CCFm4ebRADHqF00EPaQj6SwhJwU0qP6wQHvJA2TAMv3GKjuwyuCs/s1600/5.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 6: </b>add the bunting , if you don't have chipboard bunting in your own stash you can make your own with the ribbon in the kits and patterned paper.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhl0sT_Fo6BGA85twFLRo4TlqmiLOprKYHD6Ctdh33BZ-2p339UfUuT82EgQ9fz_yhV_pzNfp8U-_cmJUiXNSO8JQTBgvCrUIsBgzVkKCyRwP7ogZHnx4N73TGSUMOnvdxNgeqztR9dFXE/s1600/7.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhl0sT_Fo6BGA85twFLRo4TlqmiLOprKYHD6Ctdh33BZ-2p339UfUuT82EgQ9fz_yhV_pzNfp8U-_cmJUiXNSO8JQTBgvCrUIsBgzVkKCyRwP7ogZHnx4N73TGSUMOnvdxNgeqztR9dFXE/s1600/7.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
<br />
<br />
<b>Step 8:</b> So nearly there, time to bring out the saying from the fabby stamp set, I have used versa fine to stamp this in the corner. Now to bring out the black pen and the budding artist / journal junker!! I have loosely drawn around the bunting triangles and done some stitch around the star. I have added the gems coming from the star. I have added tag writing in the tabs and drawn around the corner stickers. I have added little z stickers for sleeping Logan. Just wish they stayed that little forever :)<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<br />
<br />
You need an A4 piece of card stock, we used cream<br />
Stick die cut shapes and any texture pieces you want to add, to give dimension to the card stock<br />
<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
Once the card has dried<br />
Go round each die cut shape with a black pencil to give dimension, you will find this makes them pop out.<br />
<br />
Now cut your A4 card stock into ATC size pieces, 2.5" x 3.5"<br />
Cut down a piece of mount board 8.5" x 11.5" and paint with black acrylic paint<br />
Once the mount board is dry, stick your ATC pieces on.<br />
<br />
Decorate with flowers, metal embellishment, etc<br />
Stamp out some words onto white card using Archival black ink, edge these word pieces with a distress ink pad, colour to go with your project, and mount onto ATC's<br />
<br />
You can frame your finished piece or attach cord and use as a wall hanging<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
