Just wanted to share the project by Hels Sheridan at our January Daventry Retreat
Hels did a wall hanging using sprays, mica mists, flowers and embellishments
Iain, Hels and Ali
Finished Project
Close up of finished project
Hels demoing the sprays
You need an A4 piece of card stock, we used cream
Stick die cut shapes and any texture pieces you want to add, to give dimension to the card stock
Paint over with white gesso, and dry with heat gun
Once dry, spray with colour mists, we used Dylusions
Also spray a selection of flowers and flowers.
Then spray over with a shimmer mist
This is one done using different colours
Once the card has dried
Go round each die cut shape with a black pencil to give dimension, you will find this makes them pop out.
Now cut your A4 card stock into ATC size pieces, 2.5" x 3.5"
Cut down a piece of mount board 8.5" x 11.5" and paint with black acrylic paint
Once the mount board is dry, stick your ATC pieces on.
Decorate with flowers, metal embellishment, etc
Stamp out some words onto white card using Archival black ink, edge these word pieces with a distress ink pad, colour to go with your project, and mount onto ATC's
You can frame your finished piece or attach cord and use as a wall hanging
These are a selection of finished projects by some of our lovely crafters
We hope your join in with this project
